Event Center Pricing includes:
- Use of venue, table, and chairs for 285 guests
- Onsite parking (handicapped accessible)
- Bride’s room
- Groom’s room
- Holding kitchen for caterer of your choice
- Bar area for beverages
Friday Events (Includes use of facility on Thursday):
- For guest count up to 150: $3,100
- Guest count of 151-225: $3,600
- Guest count of 226-285: $3,900
Saturday Events:
- For guest count up to 150: $3,700
- Guest count of 151-225: $4,200
- Guest count of 226-285: $4,700
Weekend Packages
- Add $1,200 to Saturday Price
- Includes access to event center Thursday through Saturday (certain hours apply)
- Accommodation for rehearsal dinner on Friday
Ceremony Use:
- Add $700 to venue price
- Includes use of the garden and sitting areas in an outside private setting
- Includes onsite accommodations for both bridal parties
Payment:
- First payment is one-third (1/3) down at the time of date reserved and signed contract
- Second payment is one-third (1/3) down six (6) months prior to the date of event
- The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to event
