*Please Note: Access to the bridal suite and groom suite are not included. Access to these spaces are only included in our signature wedding packages. Access to these areas can be added for an additional $500.

Optional Add Ons
If you wish to have any alcoholic beverages at your wedding, we charge a small bar fee. You may choose any bartender. However, we require that you use a licensed or tip-certified bartender to serve alcoholic beverages.
Enhance your wedding with curated décor and styling elements from our “Something Borrowed” room. With an on-site decor room, you can reduce the amount of stuff you need to bring on the wedding day.
The groom and groomsmen may enjoy our golf simulator in our Lumberyard Country Club on the morning of the wedding while the bridal party is getting ready.

Payment Structure
1st Payment:
One-Third (⅓) down at the time of date reserved and signed contract.
2nd Payment:
One-Third (⅓) down six (6) months prior to the date of the event.
3rd Payment:
Remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the event.
